Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

 

Shipping Times (United States)

Standard shipping: 5–11 business days after processing. Shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

 

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking number has not updated within 5 business days of shipment, please contact us at mayronlm@gmail.com.

 

Delays

Occasionally, carrier delays, customs checks, or high order volume may extend delivery times beyond our estimates. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of purchase, contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

 

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, but contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
